Beyond engagement-level insights, Wauld also allows you to view detailed analytics at the individual document level. With the Document Report, you can track the performance of each credential issued; how many viewed it, how often it was shared, and more.

This article walks you through how to download the Document Report, what information it contains, and how it can help you monitor credential engagement more closely.

If you're not yet familiar with what a document is, how to create or manage one, or how to issue credentials, we recommend checking out our related article first: Introduction to Issuing & Managing Credentials
