The Workspace Dashboard

When you log into Wauld, the first screen you see is the Dashboard of your currently active workspace. This dashboard provides a high-level summary of your credentialing activities and system performance. Here's what you can expect to find:

  • Workspace Metrics

    • Credentials Issued

    • Open Rate

    • Share Rate

    • Views per Share

    • Clicks

  • Operational Insights

    • Pending Change Requests: Displays the number of change requests awaiting action in the current workspace.

    • Lifetime Metrics: Shows cumulative CO₂ Prevented and Time Saved by issuing credentials digitally instead of using physical methods — a reflection of your organization’s impact and efficiency.

    • Credential Utilization: Indicates how many credentials you've issued in relation to the limit defined by your account plan.

Generating Reports

In addition to visual metrics on the dashboard, Wauld allows you to generate detailed reports to get granular insights across two key dimensions:

1. Engagement Report

Provides recipient-level analytics across issued credentials; how many times opened, shared, clicked, and interacted with the credentials.

2. Document Report

Offers document-level insights, summarizing performance per credential type or template.

You can download these reports as CSV files for external analysis or internal review.
