While issuing and managing credentials is the core of Wauld, equally important is the ability to manage your organization and account settings. This includes managing organization details, uploading organization assets, managing workspaces, and many more.
However, it's important to note that not every user role has access to admin-level functionality. To understand who can access what, we strongly recommend starting with
This article walks you through what’s available inside the Admin Centre, which acts as the central command center for your Wauld organization.
Accessing the Admin Centre
To begin managing account settings, click on the Admin Centre from the left-side navigation bar. Once inside, you’ll see three main tabs:
Account
Workspace
Notifications
Billing
Each tab is designed to give you full control over key parts of your organization.
1. Account
The Account tab focuses on system-wide settings and configurations for your organization. It's the default landing screen when you open the Admin Centre.
From here, you can:
View & Edit Organization Details - including your organization name, logo, and description.
Upload Organization Assets - such as logos and background that can be reused when designing documents.
Manage Co-Owners - add or remove co-owners who share your full co owner rights.
View Organization Verification Status - check whether your organization is verified and submit a verification request if needed.
2. Workspace Tab
Workspaces are independent units within your account. The Workspace tab allows you to manage them individually.
Here you can:
View and Manage Existing Workspaces
Create New Workspaces
Edit Workspace Details - such as logo, name, and description.
Manage Workspace Users - including roles and permissions.
3. Notifications Tab
The Notifications tab provides insight into the automated communications sent from Wauld to recipients, helping you stay informed and in control of what’s being delivered and when.
Within this tab, you can:
View Notification Types - such as emails triggered when a credential is issued, when a change request is approved or rejected, and more.
Understand Trigger Points - know exactly what system actions result in which notifications being sent.
Access Notification Templates - see the exact message content your recipients will receive. This ensures transparency in tone, branding, and information being shared.
4. Billing Tab
The Billing tab is where you manage your organization’s subscription and financial details in Wauld. It ensures you have complete visibility into your plan, usage, and renewal cycle.
From here, you can:
Manage Billing Details
Update payment information (credit/debit card, invoices).
View past invoices and download billing history for record-keeping.
Upgrade or Downgrade Plans
Switch between Free, Growth, or Enterprise plans depending on your current and future needs.
Check Credential Utilization & Plan Limits
View how many credentials you have issued vs. how many are included in your plan.
Track overages and upcoming thresholds to avoid disruption.
View Plan Details
See exactly what features are included in your current subscription (e.g., role-based permissions, branding options, analytics).
Compare with other plans before making an upgrade.
Track Renewal Dates
Clearly see when your plan is set to renew (monthly or annually).
Get reminders ahead of renewal so you can decide whether to continue, change, or cancel.
Managing Your Personal Profile
If you're looking to manage your user profile settings; such as viewing your profile, editing your name, or changing your password; these are handled separately from organization-wide settings.
To manage your individual account:
Go to the profile icon on the left navigation bar
Click View Profile to access your personal details
From there, you can update your name or password
