Once you've started managing your communications through Engagements in Wauld, you’ll naturally want to understand how those credentials are performing; how many are viewing them, how often they’re shared, and more.
That’s where the Engagement Report comes in.

How to Download an Engagement Report
Downloading an Engagement Report in Wauld is simple and takes just a few clicks. Here's how to do it:
Step-by-Step Instructions
Navigate to Engagements: Click on the "Engagements" tab in the left-side navigation menu. This will open a list view of all the engagements created in your account.
Select the Engagement: Browse through the list and click on the specific engagement for which you'd like to download a report. This opens the Engagement Detail View.
Click 'Download Engagement Report': In the detail view, locate the Download Engagement Report button at the top left of the screen, it's under the create document button.
Check Your Email: Once clicked, Wauld will send a secure download link to your registered email address.
Download the Report: Open the email and click the link to download your engagement report in CSV format.
The CSV format allows easy import into Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools for advanced filtering and charting.
What’s Included in the Engagement Report?
Each engagement report provides detailed insights into all credentials issued under that engagement, allowing you to assess the effectiveness of your credentialing campaigns.
Here’s what the report contains:
Document ID: Unique identifier for the document under which credentials are issued
Document Name: Name of the document under which credentials are issued
Credential ID: Internal system ID used to track each credential
Credential URL: Direct link to the credential, useful for quick access or re-sharing
Date of Issue: The date the credential was issued to the recipient
Recipient Name: Full name of the individual who received the credential
Recipient Email: Email address used to deliver the credential
Times Viewed: Number of times the credential was opened or viewed by the recipient or third parties
Share Count: Number of times the credential was shared using the “copy link” or shared via email or LinkedIn
Tags: Status indicators for the credential, i.e:
Active – Credential is valid
Expired – Credential has passed its validity date
Void – Credential has been voided
Void/Superseded – Credential has been replaced by a newer version
Why Use the Engagement Report?
The Engagement Report helps you:
Track recipient engagement and follow up with low-engagement users
Demonstrate impact to stakeholders or clients by showcasing credential performance
Identify patterns in how many times your credentials are shared or accessed
Maintain clean records of issued credentials with all relevant metadata
