Issuing digital credentials is only one part of the process; managing real-time changes, updates, and corrections is just as important. Traditional methods like emails, phone calls, and untracked support tickets can be chaotic, slow, and hard to monitor. That’s why Wauld brings you a structured, reliable, and auditable way to manage change requests right from the admin portal.

With Wauld's built-in Change Request Flow, you can:

  • View all recipient-raised requests in one place.

  • Take action with clarity and consistency.

  • Track request statuses in real-time.

This article helps you understand where and how to view pending change requests, search through them efficiently, and prepare to act on each.

Where to View Change Requests

You can access the change requests from three main areas of the admin portal:

1. Dashboard Access

  • If there are any pending change requests, you'll see a “Pending Change Requests” indicator on your dashboard.

  • Clicking this label takes you directly to the Change Request List View, where all current requests are listed.

2. Recipients Section

  • Navigate to the Recipients section from the left-hand navigation.

  • At the top-right of this section, you’ll see a “Manage Change Requests” button.

  • Clicking it also takes you to the Change Request List View.

3. Through Emails

  • When a change request is raised, an email is sent to all workspace users and admins.

  • You can click the button in the email to directly access the Credential Details View of the respective credential.

All paths lead to the same centralized interface; ensuring easy access whether you're starting from a general overview or recipient-specific view.

Understanding the Change Request List View

The Change Request List View presents all the recipients who have submitted change requests within the current workspace. For each request, you can see:

  • Recipient Name

  • Email Address

  • Subject of the change request (provided by the recipient)

This gives you a clean overview of what’s pending, who submitted it, and what the request is about — all in one place.

Searching for Change Requests

Managing a large recipient base? No problem. The list view includes a real-time search feature.

To use it:

  • Type in the recipient’s name or email address in the search bar at the top.

  • As you type, Wauld instantly filters the list; no need to hit Enter.

  • Click on the desired recipient’s entry to proceed.

This helps you handle requests efficiently, even if hundreds are submitted.

Reviewing and Taking Action

Clicking on a request from the list opens the Credential Details Modal for the corresponding credential. In this view, you’ll be able to:

  • Read the Subject and Description of the request.

  • View any Supporting Documents the recipient uploaded (e.g., ID proofs, certificates, etc.).

  • Decide whether to approve or reject the request.
