Wauld is more than just a credential issuance platform; it's also built for credential management. One of the key components of this is Recipient Management, which allows you to easily view, and manage all recipients who have been issued credentials from your workspace.

Before we dive in, it's important to note:

  • Recipient lists are managed at the workspace level.

  • There is no consolidated recipient list across all workspaces at the account level.

  • Each workspace maintains its own list of recipients, based on the credentials issued within that workspace.

This ensures clarity, control, and separation of data between different teams or use cases.

How to View the Recipients List

To view the recipients issued credentials in a workspace:

  1. Log in to Wauld and select the desired workspace.

  2. From the left-side navigation bar, click on the Recipients section.

  3. You will be directed to the Recipient List View.

What You’ll See in the Recipient List View

The Recipient List View shows all recipients who have been issued credentials from the current workspace. Here's what you'll find:

  • Email Address - This is the unique identifier used across Wauld. Recipients are always tied to their email, not their full name.

  • Full Names Used - For the same email address, recipients might have received credentials under different full names. All these names will be displayed, making it easier to track variations.

  • Total Credentials Issued - The number of credentials that have been issued to each recipient in the current workspace.

At the top of the Recipient List View, there is a search bar that allows you to quickly find a recipient by email or name.

You’ll also see a "Change Requests" button on this screen. This takes you to a dedicated section for reviewing and managing any submitted change requests related to recipient credentials.

To view more information about a particular recipient:

  1. Click on any recipient entry in the list.

  2. You’ll be taken to the Recipient Details View, where you can:

    • See all credentials issued to the recipient

    • Track recipient-specific actions like share, view, and change request history

    • Perform actions such as editing, voiding a credential, and more.
