The Recipient Dashboard in Wauld is your central hub for managing all the credentials you’ve received. It provides a clear, organized view of your achievements while giving you quick access to recent updates, pending actions, and your full credential gallery.

Whether you want to check the latest certificate you’ve earned, follow up on a change request, or showcase your achievements to others, the dashboard ensures everything is just one click away.

What You’ll See on the Recipient Dashboard

1. Recent Credential Banner

At the very top of the dashboard is the Recent Credential Banner.

  • This section highlights the most recent credential issued to you.

  • It remains visible for three weeks or until a newer credential is issued; whichever comes first.

  • Clicking on the banner opens the Credential Details View, where you can:

    • View the full credential

    • Download it as PDF or PNG

    • Share it via LinkedIn, email, or public URL

2. Pending Change Request Banner

If you have pending change requests, a second banner will appear at the top of your dashboard.

  • When both a recent credential and pending requests exist, the banner is split into two halves:

    • Left side: Recent credential.

    • Right side: Pending change requests.

  • Each pending request shows:

    • Credential name

    • Status tag (Pending Change Request)

    • A View Details button, which opens the Credential Details View.

From there, you can track the request’s progress and see whether it is accepted or rejected. Once processed, the request disappears from the banner.

3. Credential Gallery

Below the banners, you’ll find your Credential Gallery; a comprehensive list of all credentials issued to you by all the organizations.

Each credential card includes:

  • Issuer Logo – Identifies the organization that issued the credential.

  • Engagement Name – The course, program, or event linked to the credential.

  • Document Name – The specific type of credential (e.g., Certificate of Participation, Badge of Excellence).

  • Issue Date – When the credential was first issued.

  • Status Tags – Indicators of the credential’s current state:

    • Pending Change Request – You’ve raised a change request, awaiting review.

    • Expired – Credential validity has lapsed (displays expiry date).

    • Void – Credential was invalidated by the issuer (displays voided date).

These tags are also visible in the Recipient Details View on the issuer’s side, ensuring consistent tracking.

4. Search Options

Managing a large credential library is made simple with the search bar.

  • Search by:

    • Issuing Authority Name

    • Engagement Name

    • Document Name

  • Results appear dynamically as you type, so there’s no need to press Enter.

5. Accessing Credential Details

Clicking on any credential card (or banner item) takes you to the Credential Details View, where you can:

  • View the full credential preview

  • Download it in PDF or PNG format

• Share credentials through Wauld’s sharing options

  • Submit or track a Change Request

6. Profile Access

In the top-right corner of your dashboard is your Profile Section.
From here, you can:

  • Update your personal details

  • Change your account password

  • Log out securely

This ensures you remain in full control of your account while managing credentials.

Recipient Dashboard Restrictions for Archived Workspaces

If the issuing organization archives a workspace

  • You will still see all your credentials issued under that workspace.

  • The “Submit Change Request” button will be hidden.

  • You can :

    • View credentials

    • Download them

    • Share them via links or LinkedIn

Why the Dashboard Matters

The Recipient Dashboard is designed to act as your personal portfolio of achievements. It provides:

  • Transparency – Track statuses, requests, and audit trails in one place.

  • Convenience – Instantly open, share, or download credentials.

  • Confidence – Always know whether your credentials are active, expired, or void.

  • Professional Value – Showcase your verified achievements to employers, peers, and institutions.

With Wauld, your achievements aren’t just issued; they’re organized, verifiable, and ready to share with the world.
