Your credential access is personal and secure; and protecting it is important. Whether you’ve shared your email or suspect that someone else might have accessed your credentials, or simply want to change your password as a security best practice, Wauld makes it easy for recipients to update their password at any time.

When Is Your Password Set?

As a recipient, your password is set during account creation. Recipients join Wauld by creating their own account.

During this process:

  • You’ll enter your first name, last name, and email address

  • You'll set a secure password as part of the sign-up and verification flow
