The Privacy Request Form empowers you to request access to your data, correct inaccuracies, ask for deletion, or raise other privacy concerns all from within the platform.
Whether you’re logged in or not, you always have a direct way to reach us and exercise your data rights.
How to Access the Privacy Request Form
You can reach the Privacy Request Form in two ways, depending on whether you’re logged in:
From inside Wauld (Logged-in users)
Click on your profile icon in the bottom-left corner of the navigation bar.
From the popup menu, select Privacy Centre.
Inside the Privacy Centre modal, click the link to Privacy Request Form.
The form will open in a new modal where you can submit your request.

From the Wauld website (Logged-out users)
Scroll down to the footer and click Privacy Request Form.
You’ll be prompted to enter your email address.
Verify your identity by entering the code sent to your email.
Once verified, you’ll see the same Privacy Request Form available to logged-in users.
This ensures both active users and external requesters have equal access to their privacy rights.
What You Can Do with the Privacy Request Form
When the form opens, you’ll see the following options under Request Type (mandatory dropdown):
Access / Export My Data (Data Portability) → Get a copy of your data in a portable format.
Correct My Data (Rectification) → Fix errors or update incomplete details.
Delete My Account / Data → Remove your information fully or partially (“Right to be Forgotten”).
Other → Provide details of a request that doesn’t fit the above.
You’ll also see a Details of Request text box (mandatory, up to 4000 characters) where you must describe exactly what you need.
Before submission, you must confirm:
You are the individual (or authorized representative) making this request.
You understand Wauld may need to share your request with your Issuer(s) (organization/school) if the data relates to credentials they control.
This ensures accuracy and proper processing.
Submitting and What Happens Next
Click Submit → Wauld generates a Request ID and shows it in a confirmation modal.
You’ll also receive an email notification with:
Request ID
Submission date
Next steps and response timeline
From here, our support team will carefully review your request and get back to you through email for any additional clarifications or discussions within 30 business days.
Please always reference your Request ID in any communication with Wauld regarding your privacy request. This helps us track and resolve your case faster.
