Switching Workspaces

As your organization grows, you may find yourself managing multiple workspaces within Wauld. Whether each workspace represents a department, region, or distinct credentialing project, it's essential to know how to quickly switch between them.

How to Switch Between Workspaces
To switch from one workspace to another, follow these simple steps:
Look at the top of the left-side navigation bar; you’ll see the Workspace Switcher button.
Click on this button. A dropdown menu will appear showing all the existing workspaces under your account.
From this dropdown, simply click on the name of the workspace you want to switch to. Instantly, you’ll be taken to the selected workspace environment.
It’s that easy; no page reloads, no complex menus. Just one click, and you’re working where you need to be.
Identifying Archived Workspaces
In the workspace switcher dropdown, archived workspaces are visible, but they’re displayed differently to help you identify them at a glance:
Archived workspaces appear in amber color
They are listed at the bottom of the dropdown
