Introduction to User Profile Settings

Your User Profile Settings let you manage personal information related to your own login — such as your name, email, and password. It's important to note that User Profile Settings are different from Account Settings.

  • Account Settings are related to the overall organization’s account (which might have been created by you initially) and can be managed by all co-owners.

  • User Profile Settings are specific to you as an individual user, and only you can edit them.

How to Access Your User Profile

To view or manage your profile details:

  1. Click on your profile icon located at the bottom of the side navigation bar.

  2. A small popup will appear showing:

    • Your full name

    • Your email address

    • A Logout button

    • A View Profile button

    • An Account dropdown

    • A Privacy Centre link

View Profile

Clicking View Profile opens a modal containing your profile information:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email Address

  • Change Password button

→ To learn about how to edit user profile details, visit: Editing Profile Details - Issuer

→ To learn more about how to change your password, visit: Changing Password - Issuer

Account Switching

Clicking Account in the popup reveals a dropdown listing all the accounts you are a part of.

  • From here, you can switch between accounts if you belong to multiple organizations or workspaces.

  • This ensures you can manage credentials or documents under the correct account without logging out.

Privacy Centre

Clicking Privacy Centre allows you to manage your personal privacy preferences.

  • You can control data sharing, notification consents, and privacy options related to your Wauld usage.

  • To learn more, visit: Privacy centre
