Forgot your password? Don’t worry; Wauld makes it simple to recover access to your account in just a few easy steps. Whether you're an issuer or recipient, this guide walks you through how to reset your password securely.

You should follow this process if:

  • You’re trying to log in but can’t remember your password.

  • You want to securely reset your password for continued access.

Note: If you haven’t created an account yet, using the Forgot Password feature will not work. Password reset links are sent only for existing accounts.

How to Reset Your Password

  1. Start by navigating to the Sign In page of Wauld.

  2. On this page, locate the Forgot Password link next to the password input field.

  3. Click the Forgot Password button.

  4. You will be redirected to the Forgot Password screen.

  5. On the Forgot Password screen; Enter the email address associated with your Wauld account.

  6. Click the Reset Password button.

If you change your mind, click Back to Login to return to the sign-in page.

  • After submitting your email, a Reset Password email will be sent to your inbox.

  • This email contains a link to reset your password.

  • If you don’t see the email:

    • Check your spam/junk folder.

    • Return to the Forgot Password screen.

    • You’ll find an option to edit your email address and resend the link.

Setting a New Password

Once you click the Reset Password link from your email, you will be directed to the Set New Password screen.

Here’s how to update your password:

  1. Enter your new password.

  2. Re-enter the same password in the confirmation field.

Your new password must meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 8 characters long

  • Include at least one uppercase letter

  • Include at least one lowercase letter

  • Contain at least one special character

  1. Once you've entered a valid password; Click the Update Password button.

You’ll then see a confirmation screen with a Go to Login button. Click it to return to the Sign In page.

What’s Next?

  • Use your new password to log in.

  • Once logged in:

    • If you're an issuer, you can start issuing credentials.

    • If you're a recipient, you can manage and share your credentials.
