Searching Recipients

Manually scrolling through a long list of recipients to find someone can be tedious; especially when your workspace has issued hundreds or thousands of credentials. That’s why Wauld includes a powerful and instant search feature in the Recipient List View to help you quickly locate any recipient using either their name or email address.

Before using the search functionality, make sure you're familiar with how to access the recipient list. If not, please start with: BUS-344 .

What Can You Search?

You can search for recipients using:

  • Recipient Name

  • Recipient Email Address

Whether you remember the full name or just part of the email, the system helps you find matches instantly as you type.

How to Search for Recipients

To search for a recipient:

  1. Click on the "Recipients" tab in the left side navigation panel.

  2. Once you're in the Recipient List View, locate the search bar positioned above the list of recipients.

  3. Click inside the search bar and start typing either the:

    • Recipient's name, or

    • Recipient's email address

As you type, the system will dynamically filter the list to show only the recipients that match your input. The filtering happens instantly; no need to press enter.

Once you locate the recipient you're looking for:

  • Click on their entry in the list to open their Recipient Details View.

  • where you can:

    • See all credentials issued to the recipient

    • Track recipient-specific actions like share, view, and change request history

    • Perform actions such as editing, voiding a credential, and more.
