Understanding a recipient’s credential history is critical when managing issued credentials or handling change requests. Wauld makes it easy for you to view, sort, and analyze all credentials issued to a recipient at a single place.

The Recipient Details View in Wauld gives you a complete snapshot of all credentials issued to a specific recipient, along with their current status.

Before you begin: We recommend starting with Viewing Recipients List to understand how to access the Recipients section and locate specific recipients.

Navigating to Recipient Details View

To view the details for a specific recipient:

  1. Click on the “Recipients” section in the left side navigation bar.

  2. In the Recipient List View, select the recipient whose details you wish to view.

This will open the Recipient Details View, which displays a comprehensive view of all credentials issued to the selected recipient.

What You’ll See in the Recipient Details View

In this view, you’ll find:

  • A complete list of credentials issued to the selected recipient.

  • Credential status tags that help you quickly identify the state of each credential.

  • Sorting and filtering options for better navigation.

  • Private Notes section to log internal notes about the recipient - To learn more about how to use this feature, visit Adding Private Notes .

Understanding Credential Status Tags

Each credential in the list may have tags that indicate its current state:

  • Pending Change Request - A request has been submitted by the recipient for changes, and it's awaiting your action.

  • Void - The credential has been voided and is no longer considered valid.

  • Expired - The credential has passed its expiration date and is no longer valid.

These tags are visual indicators that help you prioritize tasks and manage credential actions more efficiently.

Sorting and Filtering Credentials

To help you navigate large lists of credentials, use the Sort By dropdown located at the top-left of the credentials section. You can sort credentials by:

  • Issue Date - Latest First

  • Issue Date - Oldest First

  • Expiry Date - Nearest First

  • Expiry Date - Farthest First

Once selected, the credentials will be instantly sorted based on your chosen criteria.

In the same dropdown, there’s also a checkbox labeled “Don’t show void credentials”, which is enabled by default. This hides voided credentials from the list. To view voided credentials, simply uncheck this box.

This makes it easier to focus on currently active or relevant credentials unless you're specifically viewing invalidated ones.

To view more information about a specific credential:

  1. Click on the credential in the list.

  2. You’ll be taken to the Credential Details View.
